Where are ABLESIA pieces made?

All ABLESIA pieces are produced in Portugal, where we work closely with just two familiar small factories one in Leiria and the other in Barcelos.

 

Where do you ship from?

All ABLESIA orders are shipped from Portugal. Please take a look at our Shipping Info page for more information.

 

How do I know if a ABLESIA piece will look good on me?

Of course like any clothing item you buy, you won’t be able to know surely until you try it on. Dispute all that we make our effort on designing pieces that will fit  most body type and we hope that will includes you!

Feel free to email info@ablesia.com for any specific questions on measurements. All page products have detailed measures of each ABLESIA piece.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express (with 3D Secure system) or Paypal payments.  If you need another option to make a payment send us an e-mail to info@ablesia.com

 

 

My ABLESIA piece is now placed. How long will it take before it's shipped?

We normally take 3 business days to process and ship your order.

 

How long it takes until my order arrives?

We pack and ship all items within 3 working days of purchase.

National orders takes between 1-3 weekdays.

In the EU takes 7 business days for delivery once shipped.

Internationally it takes about 14 business for delivery once shipped.

We will make the delivery in accordance with agreed delivery dates to every extent possible; however these dates are dependent on work or services to be provided by third parties and can occur some delays.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking will be available after the order has been shipped.

 

My package is taking longer than usual

Take notice that the transportation of your orders it’s a service made by a third-party company and therefore it’s not our responsibility if there’s any delay or even damage made during this transportation. The time we give it’s a estimated time and sometimes, due to holidays and bad weather condition some delays can occur.

When that happen please contact first our courier because they will have a detailed information, if it’s taking too much and might be lost please contact us through info@ablesia.com.

 

 Do you have a physical store?

 No, unfortunately we do not have a brick-and-mortar store that exclusively sells ABLESIA pieces but you can check out Store Locator page to see the stores that sell ABLESIA pieces.

How do I return/exchange my ABLESIA piece?

Please take a look at our Return Policy.

For exchanges, you can only exchange your order for something that is currently on the website for equal or lesser value. Otherwise, you can physically return the item for a refund and purchase something else of any value.

 

How soon will I receive my refund?

The refund of the product price (excluding any shipping costs) will be processed until 7 days after the return was accepted, we are not responsible for any tax applied to a transaction from the costumer’s bank.

 

My last ABLESIA purchased item is flawed.

Promotional codes, how can I use them?

From time-to-time we offer promotional codes for you to enjoy.

Sign up to our email newsletter to find out about these.

To redeem a promo code, simply type the code into the promotional code field in the checkout section of the site, click the apply button and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of your purchase.

If you forget to enter the promo code at the time of purchase as specified above, your purchase will not be eligible for the discount.

Discounts may not be claimed after you have confirmed your purchase on the site.

Codes cannot be applied to any prior online orders. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional codes. A code’s value is as stated and no transfer, substitution or exchange for cash value for products can be made as part of the offer. Codes cannot be used against the purchase of gift cards. ABLESIA reserve the right to withdraw or vary any offer at any time.

Any item refunded will be refunded at the discounted price.

 

There is a ABLESIA piece that I really want to purchase, but it is sold out.

Can you make more?

Thanks for your support, but unfortunately once a ABLESIA piece is sold out, it is no longer available for purchase.

There is only an exception that is related to our Timeless Denim Jackets.

I have been trying to buy something on the ABLESIA website, and it says that my zip code is invalid.

The transaction will only go through if the zip code that you enter matches the zip code that your bank has on record for your billing address.

We do that for your protection.

Please contact your bank if you believe this is in error.
